UNstaged happened for the first time on Saturday, May 5 - Sunday, May 6 2007 during the Chalk the Walk Festival in Mount Vernon.  The event was an astounding success and provided entertainment to hundreds of audience members at various venues.  

UNstaged was a FREE performance art event featuring more than 20 artists from all over the corridor.  Events were held inside a variety of downtown businesses for unique viewing experiences.  Performers included The Old Creamery Theatre of Amana, Stage Left Theatre of Cedar Rapids, Paperback Rhino of Iowa City and much more!  Groups performed everything from puppet shows, improvisation, choral music, and theater pieces.  For more information about this event please contact Anne at anne@thejamesgang.ws
