We invite any and all non-profit organizations within the Johnson County area to participate in this endeavor. We have compiled a list of NPOs in Johnson County to help artists find an organization to represent. Due to the fact that this is a contest we cannot guarantee that any registered NPO will be automatically represented with a printed coaster. In addition, if an NPO has a coaster printed during the prior years project, there is a one year waiting period for them to be eligible again, so we can showcase as many local NPOs as possible. This list is not definitive. Any NPO is eligible as long as they are a local group or have a local branch (ie. United Way of Johnson County) and they have agreed to be part of the project. It is the artists' responsibility to contact an Joe Mrkonich for permission before submitting a coaster design.

Artists must find a non-profit to research and design an image to represent on a coaster. While the artist may choose any non-profit in a Johnson County area, we have asked various organizations to permit artists to use their organization as a source of inspiration. We have compiled a list of these organizations here on this page.

If you want to do a non-profit on this list:

Please contact Joe Mrkonich at joe-mrkonich@mchsi.com and he will assign you to a non-profit, to ensure that all NPOs are equally represented by entries. Requests will be considered but are not conclusive.

Feel free to contact us with any questions.
