The artist will not receive any form of compensation from The James Gang, the non-profit organizations (NPOs), or participating bars and restaurants.The artist retains the right to his or her artwork for use in their portfolios. The NPOs do not retain any rights to the artist’s created or printed coaster. If the NPO wishes to use the artwork, the NPO shall negotiate rights to the design with The James Gang after 30 days from the Coaster Project’s official launch date.
The James Gang reserves the right to reuse all final published artwork for purposes of reprint, for marketing future incarnations of The Coaster Project, or to cross-promote other James Gang endeavors. The artist guarantees and agrees that neither the artist nor any other person or entity will reproduce or publish the original artwork without express written consent of The James Gang.
The artist agrees to submit his or her artwork along with a copy of this completed form for each submission, in compliance with the Technical Guidelines to The James Gang by 5pm, May 1st to a staff member of The Coaster Project. Submissions may also be postal mailed to: |

I agree to abide by the rules and conditions set forth in the Technical Guidelines. Should my original artwork or design be selected for publication, I hereby assign the sole reproduction and publication rights, title and interest relative to said artwork or design to The James Gang. I have read the rules of the competition and hereby state by my signature that I have complied with the rules and eligibility requirements.
